Essex County Bowling Association is divided into eight geographical Groups. Groups are provided in order to assist with the administration of E.C.B.A. affairs with each club allocated to a group. Each club has a delegate on the Group Committee. Group 3 consists of nineteen clubs in and around the Chelmsford area and has two representatives on the County Executive.
